
Cancelling An Order
Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in stock items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
To request cancellation of backordered items, please email us at info@wine-cellar.co.nz. In the email request, please provide your Order ID and the Item Number(s) to be cancelled. If, for some reason, we are unable to cancel your order, you will be notified via email within one business day.

New Zealand Bank Deposit
We accept New Zealand bank deposits however please note that if paying via bank deposit, that your order will not be dispatched until the payment shows into our company bank account (which can take 1-3 working days to show).
Delivery Information
Orders placed before 11:00am PST for products that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped the same day, providing all Credit Card information is validated. Orders placed after 11:00am PST and on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please allow 5-14 business days for delivery of in stock merchandise.
International Orders
Wine-Cellar is able to process orders for delivery world wide. Any duties, tariffs or broker fees are not included in the order amount and will be collected by the shipper upon delivery. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return your merchandise because the goods are faulty, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation. Returned products without a letter of explanation or missing accessories may not be accepted. A return label is included in the package. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send it to our warehouse via UPS or insured parcel post. Merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Handling
Wine-Cellar offers a variety of different delivery schedules: International Air and International Express. When reviewing the items in your shopping cart, enter your ZIP code and click the "Get Shipping Costs" button to determine the cost to ship your order for the desired delivery schedule. Our warehouse will select the carrier from FedEx®, UPS® and USPS, based on the size, weight and value of the package. |
