This stunning Methode Traditionelle wine combines a perfect balance between fruit and yeast. 100% chardonnay (blanc de blancs), Cuvée No. 1 is created using the style that has consistently seen the winemaker awarded gold medals and trophies throughout his impressive wine-making career. The wine has been held on lees for two years to allow full autolysis, displaying a tiny consistent bead, and firm mousse resulting in a typical, complex, champagne-like character.
